Additional Information: Brendan Kavanagh has over 29 years of experience in criminal practice and has worked in multiple courts as a public defender. Admitted to practice law more than 29 years ago, Brendan founded Kavanagh & Kavanagh LLC, his own law firm, in 2001 in the beautiful and historic downtown district of Millville, NJ. He concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, municipal court, criminal defense litigation, real estate law, and wills and estates. Brendan is the current Solicitor for the Cumberland County Fair Association, and he is outside special council for the Cumberland County Adjuster's Office. He is also the former Solicitor and County Counsel for the County of Cumberland and the city of Franklin Township. He is also the former Solicitor for the Office of Employment and Training. He currently serves as the Public Defender for both Millville and Deptford Municipal Courts and serves as the Hearing Officer for the Vineland Housing Authority. Brendan currently concentrates on providing the highest level of legal representation to all his clients. Brendan is an active volunteer in a wide range of local charities and fundraisers. He is also Past President of the Cumberland County Bar Association, a former Trustee for the Millville Police Athletic League (PAL), and former chairman of the Millville Democratic Executive Committee.
