Description: Lynchburg, VA - The Commonwealth of Virginia chaqrged Darius Marquiese Duke, age 21, with robbery and using a firearm in a felony.

The Commonwealth claimed that Duke and two other men robbed the Fast Mart #5 in Lynchburg on December 6, 2017.

One of the robbers was wearing blue latex gloves during the robbery and was found to be setting on such gloves when the car in which he was a passenger to day following the robbery.
