Corey Chrispin Henry, age 25, of Cibecue, Arizona, pleaded guilty to the felony offense of Assault by Strangling or Suffocating for the September 30, 2018 assault on his significant other. The assault took place on the Fort Apache Indian Reservation. Henry is a registered member of the White Mountain Apache Tribe.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation conducted the investigation in this case. Assistant U.S. Attorney Anthony Church, District of Arizona, Phoenix, handled the prosecution.
