Comments: Editor's Comment: Plaintiff and his lawyer are more than likely not happy with the outcome of this case but it demonstrates a number of tureisms about the civil litigation process. Plaintiff's lawyer spent his time and money to present Pliantiff's case to a jury and the jury accepted that Plaintiff was injured but was unwilling to award the damages that Plaintiff sought to recover.
