Carlton Jefferson Gilford, Sr., age 61, shot and killed Lundin Hathcock, age 35, and James McDaniel, age 55. Gilford, who is back, did not know either the the men he shot, who were white.
Gilford shot himself before he was arrested.
Outcome: Defendant pled guilty and was sentenced to. The DA is seeking life in prison without parole. The final sentencing hearing will be held on December 18th.
