Tulsa, OK - Jackie Stice sued The City of Tulsa on a civil rights job discrimination theory claiming that the City discriminated against her because of her sex on the basis of salary under the Equal Pay Act.

Stice started working for the City in 2003. She filed a claim with the Civil Service Commission claiming that she was not being paid at the same rate as her male co-workers.

Outcome: Settled for $90,000 plus a pay raise to $80,698 per year.
