Skavdahl on January 17, 2018, for failure to register as a sex offender. Davis was arrested in North Platte, Nebraska. He received 15 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and a $200.00 fine. This case was investigated by the U.S. Marshals Service.
