Fort Wayne Man Sentenced to 190 Months in Prison
Ronday L. Tinker, 35 years old, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was sentenced by United States District Court Chief Judge Holly A. Brady after pleading guilty to possessing with intent to distribute controlled substances and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
Tinker was sentenced to 190 months in prison followed by 5 years of supervised release.
On April 26, 2023, Tinker possessed with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, 40 grams or more of fentanyl, and cocaine. Tinker was also in possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, with the assistance of the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Drug Enforcement Administration North Central Laboratory, the Fort Wayne Police Department, and the Indiana State Police Laboratory. The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Stacey R. Speith.
