Exec. Law § 290, et seq.; and the New York City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”), N.Y.C Admin. Code § 8-101, et seq. See Second Am. Compl. (“SAC”) ¶¶ 102-124, ECF No. 79. Specifically, Plaintiff, who is African American, alleges that his promotion within DFTA's Information Technology (“IT”) Unit was denied or delayed because of his race, that he and other African-American employees were not offered equivalent opportunities to gain professional training as non-African-American employees, and that Defendants' promotion policies have a disparate impact on African-American employees.

Outcome: ORDER granting (132 in 20cv9143) Letter Motion for Extension of Time. GRANTED. By October 4, 2023, the parties shall file their letters to the Court, addressing the issues discussed in the Court's order of September 12, 2023, ECF No. 121. SO ORDERED.
