Description: Buffalo, NY - Jury Finds Defendants Not Guilty On Many Counts

The United States of America charged Daniel Rodriguez, Amilcar Ramos Ernest Green and Rodshaun Black with multiple felonies in conjunction with the shooting death of Jabril Harper.

Jabril Harper was shot to death in Buffalo's Roosevelt Park in 2009.

The Government argued that Harper was murdered because of his reputation as a drug dealer. It also asserted that Harper was kidnapped Harper, robbed him and then shot him.


Ernest Green and Rodshaun Black were accused to shooting Harper and leaving him to die.




Outcome: The jury selected to hear the case failed to reach a verdict against Ernest Green and Rodshaun Black but found them not guilty on the kidnapping and robbery charges. Ramos was acquitted on all charged.
