The Commonwealth of Kentucky charged Ronald Exantus with first-degree murder for killing 6-year-old and assaulting he child's sister and father.

Defendant claimed insanity.

Exantus, age 34, drove from Indianapolis to Versailles, Kentucky, where he had never been before, entered the victim's home and stabbed him to death and assaulted his sister and father.

Outcome: The jury found that Defendant was insane and recommended that Defendant be sentenced to 20 year's in prison.
