Description: Chicago, IL - Jury Finds Streamwood Man Guilty of Sexual Assault
The State of Illinois charged Juan Torres, age 47, with three counts of sexual assault and as a result of having had sex with a 14-year-old girl who became pregnant as a result of the sexual activity.
The victim miscarried and DNA analysis of the fetal remains showed that it was 99.99% certain that Defendant was the father of the fetus.
Outcome: Defendant was found guilty.
