Additional Information: Gary Morgan attended Texas Tech University and Southwest Business College for four years before beginning his court reporting career in May of 1974. Gary came to the firm in May of 1975 and has been a partner and shareholder since 1978. His experiences are extensive, including reporting cases in the fields of antitrust, discrimination (age, race and sex), mining safety & health, medical malpractice, products liability, securities fraud (stockholders’ derivative actions) and toxic torts. Gary is a Registered Professional Reporter, has a Certificate of Proficiency and is an Alabama Certified Court Reporter. He is also a member of the National Court Reporters Association and Alabama Court Reporters Association.
