Nicole Frank has represented clients ranging from Fortune 100 corporations, to small private start-up companies marketing one or more products internationally, to innovators changing the face of an industry, to individuals. Focusing her practice in the area of business litigation and licensed in two states, Ms. Frank offers clients a global perspective grounded in Midwestern practicality and provides thoughtful, effective advice and representation for complex legal and business challenges. Her practice spans a variety of industries including retail, medical devices, health care, transportation, financial services, and nonprofit organizations.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Frank served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michelle A. Larkin of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. During her clerkship, she gained insight into how to effectively frame legal issues on appeal to focus the analysis and argue persuasively. A former teacher highly proficient in French, Ms. Frank’s experience teaching and living abroad fuels her ability to understand and translate complex issues for both client teams and court proceedings. Committed to making legal representation accessible to all, Ms. Frank provides a wide range pro bono legal services to individuals and nonprofits including issues related to immigration, civil rights, and environmental law.

Ms. Frank served as one of the members of the Governing Council’s Executive Board to launch Pierre Bottineau French Immersion (PBFI) in north Minneapolis in fall of 2012. PBFI is a tuition-free, public elementary school that strives to offer every student the myriad benefits of immersion education by offering equitable learning opportunities and achievement to all.
