Since coming to Wadleigh, Starr & Peters, P.L.L.C in 1985, Don has represented a wide array of clients in civil litigation matters ranging from anti-trust litigation to professional negligence. Many of his contested cases involved complex claims and unique circumstances requiring the ability to assess and assimilate legal issues that were unique to the client’s circumstances. Over the years, Don has represented such varied clients as hospitals, doctors, nurses, lawyers, engineers, county officials, realtors, manufacturers, banks, developers, hotels, transportation companies and many other professionals. In recent years, Don was retained to represent and advise the N.H. Executive Council during protracted Administrative Personnel hearings relating to alleged misfeasance/nonfeasance on the part of two State agency heads. In addition, Don’s practice has included claims by clients who have been harmed by some form of professional negligence or neglect in the last twenty years. Don has expanded his practice to include arbitration and mediation which provides the opportunity for him to bring his considerable experience to the process of attempting dispute resolution without the necessity of litigation.
