Dr. Rice has been involved in the development and application of computational methods for a wide range of problems in engineering analysis and design. Dr. Rice was a founder of Compuflo, Inc and an original developer of the FLOTRAN software, which was widely used in industry for myriad fluid mechanics and heat transfer applications.
